Culinary Chef Instructor

Job Duties

• Follow the City and Guilds procedures of teaching/assignments and reporting
• Assign participants to kitchen tasks that allow everyone to gain hands-on practice and improve their cooking skills as per City and Guild curriculum
• Supervise participants in the kitchen, encouraging proper sanitation and safety practices
• Teach participants proper techniques and how to prepare a variety of dishes as per curriculum
• Teach and guide students to create their personal portfolio
• Qualifications – Skills/Experience Required

Job Requirements

• Formal culinary education with bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience working in the Hospitality industry
• 2-3 years of experience in Teaching
• ΑνΑΔ certified trainer will be considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Interested applicants must have in-depth professional experience and excellent communications skills with students from different cultures
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups (average class size between 10-20 participants)
