We are looking for an office manager for our new, small office in Limassol!
If you are organized, enjoy creating a comfortable work environment, and are ready to support the daily life of the office, we would be happy to have you on our team.
Job Duties
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the office.
• Managing internal communications and documentation.
• Receiving and distributing mail and correspondence.
• Organizing meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
• Keeping track of office supplies and ordering them as needed.
• Coordinating work with suppliers and external partners.
• Assisting in setting up workspaces for new employees.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the office.
Job Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year will be a significant advantage.
• High self-organization level and attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient PC user (MS Office, Jira, Google Workspace).
• Fluent English and Ukrainian speaking level (B2 or higher).
