Job description

Customer Support and Administration. The Ideal candidate must have a desire and passion for continuous learning, be able to work under pressure and always act with honesty and integrity.

Job Duties

  • Receive and review client documents
  • Assist clients with forms and questionnaires required by the Company
  • Obtain missing documents from clients and verify account information
  • Update client information on the Company's internal systems
  • Provide support to our sales teams

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management, organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, use good judgment, act with integrity
  • Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Professional work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel/CRM packages
  • Proven customer support experience preferable.
