Job description
Customer Support and Administration. The Ideal candidate must have a desire and passion for continuous learning, be able to work under pressure and always act with honesty and integrity.
Job Duties
- Receive and review client documents
- Assist clients with forms and questionnaires required by the Company
- Obtain missing documents from clients and verify account information
- Update client information on the Company's internal systems
- Provide support to our sales teams
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management, organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, use good judgment, act with integrity
- Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
- Professional work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel/CRM packages
- Proven customer support experience preferable.
