What to expect of your role:

You will be part of our growing marketing team, which currently consists of approximately 40 people, including our affiliate team, our SEO team, and our technical team.

There are many different tasks and challenges to get excited about! You can be creative with your work, as we are always open to new ideas in finding and testing new sources.

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Affiliate Manager to join our friendly team. If you have an unstoppable desire to work and develop in the field of affiliate marketing, then this vacancy is for you!

Job Duties

You will be expected to:

• Expand the partner program, work with existing partners and attract new ones;
• Review and improve existing agreements in order to maximize profit and traffic quality;
• Develop new work strategies and implement them;
• Monitor and analyze performance on a daily basis, as well as maintain expense reports.

Job Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

• English - upper intermediate level and higher;
• Strong communication skills;
• Productivity, ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and adhere to deadlines;
• Ability to work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;
• High analytical skills;
• An understanding of the main concepts of the work of an affiliate program manager - traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, income, profit, ROMI;
• Experience in the positions of Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, Marketing Manager will be an advantage.
