Legal Advisor (VAC-A2716)

Job description

Our client is a reselling company based in Limassol specializing in and providing solutions to the iGaming industry and they are looking for a Legal Advisor to join their growing team.

Your role as a Legal Advisor will be to deal with cases from drafting and revising agreements, researching domestic and foreign law, contribute to the licensing processes of the company’s software solutions, and ensure the company’s compliance in various business matters. 

Job Duties

Assist in the preparation of legal documentation related to the provision of games and solutions to the online gambling industry.

Work closely with involved parties and departments.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for contract negotiations, general corporate matters, and new business ventures.

Provide compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements and assess their potential impact.

Coordinating and liaising with internal and external counterparties.

Build and maintain legal and compliance databases.

Implement corporate changes and regulatory requirements.

Actively participate in the due diligence and license verification process with counterparties.

Review, update and disseminate legal & compliance reports, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

University Degree in Law.

Fluency in English.

At least 3 years of legal experience.

Ability to draft legal documents and correspondence with minimal supervision.

Excellent legal knowledge and analytical skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Self-driven with a results-driven approach.
