Our client, is a well-funded media agency startup in Limassol, specializing in Google ads and Meta Ads. Led by a dynamic and innovative management team, dedicated to delivering exceptional media solutions for their clients, they are looking for a talented and experienced Media Agency Manager to lead their team and drive their clients' success.

They are seeking a hands-on Media Agency Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media strategy, a deep understanding of various media channels, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of media professionals. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of media projects.


Job Duties

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, including media planners, buyers, and analysts.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on media planning and execution.

Media Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of media plans across various channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize performance.

Campaign Execution:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize effectiveness.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on campaign expenditures, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse campaign data and generate insightful reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Present performance metrics and key insights to clients and stakeholders. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Taboola, and Outbrain.
  • Strong understanding of various media channels, including digital, social, TV, radio, print, and out-of-home.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
  • EU-citizenship
  • Located in Cyprus

Working hours:

The working hours are 9am – 6pm. Initially it will be 100% from the office, down the line may be open to hybrid of one or two days a week from home.
