Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the office.

Job Duties

- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files.
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
