Job Duties

• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a match with their preferences and requirements.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify property listings and grasp market dynamics.
  
• Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and resolving any client inquiries.
  
• Facilitate communication between property buyers and sellers to guarantee a seamless transaction process.
  
• Execute any documentation needed for the onboarding of the property.
  

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in a similar role.
  
• A university degree, preferably related to the Real Estate field is a plus.
  
• Fluency in Greek and English.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
