Job Duties

Helper

• Works according to instructions.
• Operates under the supervision of an assistant or manager.
• Supports various projects as needed.

Assistant

• Performs tasks independently and with full responsibility.
• Can plan tasks autonomously.
• Collaborates with the team to achieve project goals.

Project Manager

• Manages specific projects.
• Creates and plans tasks for the team.
• Takes full responsibility for the team, their tasks, and project goals.
• Operates with a high degree of autonomy.

Job Benefits

Our payment system is based on hourly payment and intricately tied to the functions individuals undertake. The more responsibility a function carries, the higher the compensation. We believe in recognizing and rewarding the diverse contributions of each team member.

The number of hours you work on project-related tasks should be between a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 174 per month. We offer time accounts to balance months with less work.
